Quick tips:
1. In your "dashboard", beside your blog's name (in the topic of "manage"), clik "Lay out"
2. Go to "Edit html" directly
3. Scroll down and several lines before the end, find this: "showaddelement", and change any "no" found here into "yes"
4. Change any "maxwidgets" found here from 2 to 3
5. Note: There might be several "no" that required to be changed into "yes", as well as the "maxwidgets".
After you've done with it, just click "save template", and that's it...
You can edit anything to your blog afterward
